Jade brings a wealth of lived experience to her role at Next Gen. After training as a mentor for young people, she’s become a consistent and trusted presence within our VOYCE group by supporting, listening and empowering the next generation through honesty, empathy and real connection.

WORK EXPERIENCE AMBASSADOR
Ruby is currently completing work experience with Next Gen alongside her sixth form studies, bringing fresh insight and valuable youth perspective to everything we do. As a young ambassador, she helps shape strategies & projects from the ground up, making sure our work stays relevant, relatable, and led by the voices of young people themselves.
