VOYCE is Next Gen's youth-led leadership group, created by young people, for young people. It’s a safe, empowering space where voices are heard and ideas come to life. Every week, members meet to grow in confidence, build new skills, and make a real impact in their communities.

We believe real change starts with listening to young people. VOYCE was created by our young people to give others the space and power to lead. It’s about raising aspirations, creating opportunity, and letting the next generation shape the future they want to see.

Everything about VOYCE has come from the group; from the name, to the mission, to the way we work. It’s youth-led, youth-powered, and driven by real experiences, challenges, and passions. The group defined the name VOYCE: Voice of Youth for Confidence & Empowerment - and that’s exactly what it stands for.

    A powerful voice for mental health and the care system. Oakley found healing and hope through skating and now leads on building safe, fun events for young people in foster care.

    Passionate about creating opportunities for the next generation, Olivia is dedicated to opening doors and inspiring others to reach their full potential.

  • WYATT

    Wyatt is all about creating change and sharing knowledge, using his voice to inform and motivate young people to take action.

  • LILY

    Lily believes everyone deserves a fair shot and works to make sure all voices get heard. She’s all about standing up for what’s right and keeping things equal.

    Incorporating the arts into everything he does, Dylan brings creativity and expression to the heart of the projects he supports.

    James champions inclusivity, ensuring that everyone’s voice is heard and valued as part of a diverse and united next generation.

  • LEAH

    Marketing Director at Next Gen and a passionate advocate for youth opportunity. Leah brings strategy, creativity, and a deep belief in empowering young people to thrive.

    Next Gen Ambassador. Jade brings energy and experience to her role whilst working alongside VOYCE to guide and inspire young people.
