    MARKETING DIRECTOR

    “As Marketing Director, I’m all about creating and sharing our message in a way that connects with people. From running our digital platforms to designing creative campaigns, I make sure everything we do reflects who we are and what we stand for.

    I work on making our mission hit home with young people, schools, and sponsors. Whether it’s through storytelling or building awareness, I want to inspire action and grow our community in a real and meaningful way.

    In addition to my role at Politely Rebellious Next Gen, I am now part of the Youth Commission team, an incredible opportunity to help shape policies and initiatives that impact the next generation on a broader scale.

    NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    A passionate Careers Adviser and education specialist, Kev brings a wealth of experience in NEET prevention, youth guidance, and empowerment. As a foster carer and long-time advocate for young people, he brings both professional insight and personal commitment to the table. As a Non-Executive Director Kev offers strategic guidance, challenges ideas, and helps ensure our programmes remain impactful, inclusive and focused on real-world outcomes for young people.

    NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    Torey brings leadership experience from her role as a Managing Director at County Carpentry & Home Improvements LTD, as well as deep personal insight as a mother and passionate body positivity advocate. She uses her voice and lived experience to uplift others, especially young people navigating confidence, identity and self-worth. As a Non-Exec, Torey helps guide our direction while acting as a powerful role model, supporting young people to grow in confidence and believe in their own potential.

    NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR & SAFEGUARDING LEAD

    Rachel is an Independent Travel Agent and Business Mentor with a long-standing background in education, having spent many years as a head teacher. Her experience in leadership, safeguarding and working closely with families brings invaluable insight to the Next Gen team.


    As a Non-Exec, Rachel helps steer our strategy and supports the team with mentoring and guidance. And as Safeguarding Lead, she makes sure the safety and wellbeing of every young person is always our top priority. From setting up clear processes to making sure our spaces are safe and welcoming, Rachel helps create the kind of environment where young people can truly grow, feel heard, and chase their goals.

    NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR & CHAIR

    Simon Ingram is a force for positive change in Portsmouth, bringing decades of leadership experience and a deep commitment to community development to his role as Non-Executive Director and Chair of Politely Rebellious Next Gen CIC.Simon has been the Managing Director of Mountjoy, a Portsmouth-based construction and maintenance company, since 2014. Under his leadership, Mountjoy has flourished, known for its ethos of “Integrity, built-in” and a culture that empowers staff to thrive.His passion for creating purpose-led, non-political, and engaging company cultures aligns perfectly with the values of Politely Rebellious Next Gen. Simon’s impact extends beyond business. He is a respected voice in Portsmouth’s civic and community spaces, known for championing initiatives that uplift local people and create lasting opportunities.
