POLITELY REBELLIOUS SHIPPING POLICY

 

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow up to 3 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING: Orders are generally shipped within 5 business and should arrive to you within 10-15 business days from ordering.

Flat rate shipping fee of £4.49 applies to orders shipping to the UK & EU.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer international shipping worldwide with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days.

Politely Rebellious is not responsible for any additional charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contactus@politelyrebellious.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
