DUKE HARRISON-HUNTER
As the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion
(EDI) Lead at Pompey in the Community, in partnership with Portsmouth FC, Duke was instrumental in driving meaningful change to make the club and its community more inclusive and welcoming for all.
Duke has led initiatives to connect with diverse communities across Portsmouth, ensuring that staff were equipped with up-to-date EDI knowledge through continuous professional development and regular workshops. He established an Inclusion Forum bringing together key stakeholders including community leaders, the NHS, University of Portsmouth, mental health charities, and EDI professionals; to foster collaboration and shared learning.

His work extends to national platforms, attending Premier League conferences and facilitating annual ‘Show Racism the Red Card’ workshops. Duke has also played a pivotal role in fan engagement on matchdays, working to diversify the fan base and promote inclusive experiences for all supporters.
He actively supports campaigns such as Kick It Out and other EDI-focused initiatives throughout the football calendar. Duke was recognised at the Premier League’s Football Blacklist Awards for his work across the community and in grassroots football. Followed shortly after by the award for EDI Hero 2023 by Hampshire FA.
Beyond his work with the club, Duke is a sought-after speaker on EDI topics, known for his powerful storytelling and ability to connect with audiences across communities, businesses, and schools. His lived experience and authentic voice make him a standout advocate for equality and inclusion.

KESHIA STEWART
With a strong background in HR and recruitment, Keshia has consistently championed Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) throughout her corporate career.
Keshia has been a vocal advocate for diversity, delivering talks, contributing to panel discussions at industry conferences, and publishing thought leadership across a range of platforms.

Keshia's work includes promoting the advancement of women in leadership and technology, helping to create more inclusive pathways for underrepresented talent and promoting ways in which to remove unconscious bias from the recruitment process across a multitude of sectors, including education, public and private sectors.
Keshia continues to drive initiatives to overhaul traditional hiring processes, introducing inclusive recruitment strategies that reduce bias, improve accessibility, and attract diverse candidate pools. Her approach is rooted in driving meaningful, lasting change that aligns with both organisational values and strategic outcomes.
Driving Change Through Inclusive Policing.
Keshia and Duke, both proud people of colour, are passionate about using their lived experiences to inspire positive change and promote equality. Together, they are collaborating with Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary and Clive Driscoll, Former Detective Chief Inspector (DCI) in the Metropolitan Police Service who notably lead investigations into high-profile cases such as the Stephen Lawrence murder, on a ground breaking project aimed at transforming leadership within the police force.
This initiative focuses on developing impactful training and workshops for newly promoted sergeants, with the goal of fostering inclusive leadership and rebuilding trust with diverse communities. The programme encourages participants to understand the importance of inclusive leadership in policing, while acknowledging the existence of inequalities embedded within systems, structures, and processes. It also explores the complex and often challenging history between minority communities and law enforcement, helping officers to recognise and challenge unconscious biases that may influence their decision-making.
Through this training, sergeants are equipped with the skills needed to engage meaningfully and respectfully with diverse communities, ultimately working to strengthen public trust and confidence in policing through inclusive and transparent practices. The programme also supports a commitment to actionable leadership aligned with the Police Race Action Plan, as well as key recommendations from the Casey and Angiolini reviews. By the end of the training, supervisors are empowered with the knowledge, confidence, and tools to lead their teams in a way that reflects the values of equality, respect, and community engagement.
